The album was originally released in the US with the inner jacket intact. US radio stations refused to play the record, and record sales in the US were consequently low. MCA decided to replace the inner jacket with a plain white jacket as a cost-cutting measure so they could release the record in its 'Nice Price' line (or whatever they called it at the time.)
