I saw tracks in the snow in my garden in Sheffield, England this morning and thought they might be rabbit but wanted to check. Yours was the only site that gave a clear picture for identification, beating the BBC and the British Mammal Society sites hands down (or should I say paws down). Now I know they were squirrel tracks in my garden. Regards, Holly |

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.

Both that morning equally lay
I shall be telling this with a sigh

From the conservative dark
All I have is a voice
Defenceless under the night

A long time ago I told my mother
In my spine there was a base;
In my veins there is a wish,
A bird used to visit this shore:
